I haven't done any new pages for awhile. Oh I did do a few Family Special Occasion pages. And I have more to do. I really need to get busy on that! And I guess I did add a some pages  to the Funny & Inspirational Prose page. I really like make those pages!

 Soon it will be spring...can't wait I'm so sick of cold and snow. I spend a lot of time outside spring, summer and fall. I also go to the lake cabin in ND every chance I get, starting in the late spring until it snows. In the winter I'm kind of a hermit, I don't leave my house unless I have too!


I have a new dog. I got her when she was around 6 months old. Her name is Sadie Lulu, she's a 1 year old Basset Hound. I still have my other dog Ace, and Ace still has his darn Mean cat Porky. I didn't WANT another dog, but I sorta inherited her from my niece Tara. Her husband, got Sadie for their daughter for her 1st birthday. Everyone told him NOT to get a puppy for a 1 year old. He didn't listen and it was to hard for them to keep up with a baby & a puppy. I have always wanted a Basset Hound, Ace is half Basset Hound. I wasn't sure Ace would get along very well with Sadie, he was 10 when I got her, he's always been an only dog, more like my kid. He's pretty old and set in his ways and "normally" he doesn't like other dogs. When we got Sadie home, he didn't like her either, for a few days I was sure I'd have to find her a new home. Ace was mean to her. He wouldn't let her play with any of his toys and he has about a Million! He wouldn't let her eat(Don't worry I made sure she Got to eat). He growled at her if she even moved sometimes. About the time I was at my wits end, Ace finally accepted Sadie and they are best of friends now. Ace almost died saving her from a coyote last fall at the lake. Ace got chewed up pretty good, he's just fine now, he has some scars, but they are Very hard to find. Sadie didn't get a scratch!
Well I have some pages to make and some ADs to click...better get busy!

To tell the truth, I lost this blog. Well, I forgot I had it! I have about 4 blogs wandering around cyber space. Can't remember where they are, glad I found this one...wasn't even looking

I debated with myself about removing the old posts here and just starting over, but I decided after much discussion (with myself) to leave them...a little history.

I'm still working on my website. I'm always adding new pages or updating old ones. I've been doing Lots of other things so many parts aren't updated as often as I like. I did Finally finish ALL my holiday pages, Yeah!!! That was a few Years ago...time sure does fly by.

4 years ago, I didn't have a picture of my kids, all of them, together...in the same picture. Can you believe that, a mother that Never had a picture of all her kids together...that's bad! The GREAT thing is, I do now!!! It took long enough, but I now have a picture of my 5 kids. They are all grown now, and living away from home.

My oldest grandson Garret, said to me one day, "Grandma you have 5 kids, 2 girls and 3 boys, and now you have 5 grandkids, 2 girls and 3 boys" Cool, grandkids are the best!!! On a slightly sad note   4  of my grandkids don't live very close by anymore (4 used to live 9 miles away) My oldest 2 live in Pierre SD, 41 miles away (not THAT far).  My 2 youngest grandsons moved to North Dakota , 190 miles away.   I really miss seeing them anytime I wanted to.
My youngest granddaughter lives in the same town as I do, for now...so that's Good.  

That's life, kids grow up, have kids, move away.

My whole family is huge, I have 5 brothers and 1 sister, and they have kids, except for 2 brothers who are still single with No kids . My sister has 2 kids, a boy and a girl and they have kids...they each have a daughter. My niece(my Sister's daughter) had a baby boy "Tanner Michael " on Feb 19th 2008, but he did make it and passed away on the Feb 21st 2008.
He was a beautiful baby boy, I will be making him a memorial page.
That's the one part of my website I haven't Really started yet. I've always wanted to make memorial pages for family members that are gone. I did start one for my Dad, but haven't finished it. My niece and her husband would really like me to make a memorial page for their son, so I'm going to. 

Well, I've been rambling on long enough for this post...lol  Now that I found at least one of my blogs, I'll sure try to visit here often.

I've been busy busy!!! I have just uploaded my Thanksgiving page, so I have 3 pages left to do. Only 1 actual National holiday...Veterans' Day. I also have a page for Boss Day and Winter almost done. Oh and I'm working on 2 haunted houses for my Halloween page. I want to do 1 house for small children and a scarier one for older kids and adults   

My sister came to visit me last weekend! We had a Great time She brought me a bunch of pics to scan of our Dad, I'm making a memorial page about him. She fixed my sewing machine...now I can finish the Christmas presents I couldn't get done for Christmas!

Well I guess I better get busy...I'll try to write here more regularly

Just a quick note, I finished the spring page and 2 funny & inpirational prose pages. Hopefully I'll get the July 4th page done tonight...or tomorrow night I need to get some RL things done...It's only housework...but it sucks
It shouldn't take too long, if only I could just stay off the computer for a few hours!!! Hard for me to do!
I've only got 12 holiday pages left to make...if I have ALL the holidays written down right. Guess I'll double check that to make sure. Soon I should be finished with the Stephen King & Star Trek pages. I've been saving stuff to makes those pages for 6 years.

I haven't posted for a few days. I got DSL internet installed, but I had to wait a few days until they mailed me the modem. I could still use the dial-up, but it was really bad. It kept disconnecting, and when it reconnected it was slower...it was a nightmare
I finally got the modem today...and I'm a HAPPY camper!!!
I finished, and uploaded the Armed Forces Day page, Memorial Day page, Flag Day page, Father's Day page. I'm almost done with a page for Summer! Then I will finish the July 4th page
I also added another page to the Funny & Inspirational Prose page, with another one ready to upload in a few minutes

I finally finished the Mother's Day pages and uploaded them!!! I still want to make a special Mother's Day page for my Mom, but that can wait just a bit I'm working on pages for Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day and 2 birthdays right now. The birthdays are in February so I better get them done right away. I don't have much to write about tonight, so I think I'll just work on some pages

She probably won't see this, but I have talked to her twice today...so that's ok.
Aren't Sisters GREAT! My sister and I live in different states, but we're closer now than when we were kids. That was my fault, I was mean to her and I left home when I was 15. When my Mom had her, I already had 4 brothers. My Mom tells me that I got on the top bunk of my brothers bunk beds and prayed to God for a sister. I guess I liked her for awhile, but as she got older she became quite a pest...I thought then. Julie is 5 years younger than me, and when I was a teenager...I think for awhile I actually thought I hated her. She was a BIG tattletale!!! And she had to go everywhere I went, if I told her NO, she followed me, what a pain. When I think back when we were young, she's was a good sister to me, she actually only tattled on me when I was mean to her...and sometimes I was VERY mean to her. I got her into trouble a lot, just because I could and I thought it was funny. I can't remember one single time that she got me into trouble...just because.
Thank you Julie for being the bestest Sister in the whole world!!!
I don't have the Mother's Day page done yet, but I should have it done and upoloaded in a couple of hours. I did make and upload a new page for the Funny & Inspirational Prose page.

It seems like it was a long week, now all of a sudden it's Friday. I like Fridays, and I'm not even sure why. It's just another day, just like the rest of the days in the week. I don't work...at a job anyway Just on my web pages and around the house. I do the same things on Friday as I do the rest of the week. I get up, check my email first thing...well I guess I usually let Ace(my dog) out first thing, unless Bruce let him out already. Then I take my medication. Then it's back to the computer, answering emails, checking out new sites, or sites I go to regularly that have been updated. Working on pages, I normally work on several at one time...but I really want to get the holiday pages finished. I've been going to get them done for 3 years, and I'm going to get them DONE this year! Sometimes on Fridays my connection really sucks, it's really slow, or won't connect...or drops the connection constantly through out the day. Saturdays and Sundays are the worst for my connection, dial-up yuck!!!
When I can't get on line...that means housework...not my favorite thing But it's gotta get done too, it's just me and Bruce here and of course our animals( Ace, Porky, and Noon...my sons cat. Noon just had kittens again...they were 1 week old yesterday). So the house doesn't get too messed up, and Bruce is usually really good about cleaning up after himself. He even comes home from work several nights a week and makes supper...cause I've been on the computer All day, and totally forgot
This time a year, I'm usually pretty much a house hermit, I don't go Anywhere unless I absolutely Have to. With the exception of darts which we play once a week. I really like to play darts, I just don't like driving home. I have to drive home because Bruce drinks a little too much aiming oil(beer) on dart night. But driving is a Whole different story, which I'll write about some other time.
All in all, Fridays are probably the worst days of the week for me...I just don't know WHY I like Fridays and WHY I look forward to them every week!!!
Oh, I got my May Day page done...and a page I made from a Email I got from one of my brothers. You can get to it from the Fun Fun Fun page...I will list in here over on the right under links. Mother's Day is next!

Darn, I missed Wednesday I didn't mean to...we have darts on Wednesday nights. Then when I got home around 10:30, I was doing some things and decided to work on my May Day page, that's Still NOT done. I spent all last night fixing little things on the pages that are up. I almost got every page done...I have a few Family Special Days pages left to check. Hopefully I fixed everything...If not I'm sure someone will tell me or I'll find it eventually. My big brother called last night, he hadn't been to my site since I moved it. He found 2 errors on the Splash entry page. I Never enter my site from that page, so I wouldn't have found them until someone told me about them. So that was Good
I was hoping to get the May Day page done tonight, but I don't think it's going to happen. I think I'll have an early night and go to bed before 5:00am...and finish it tomorrow

I was aghast when I realized I forgot to write in here yesterday. Oh well, hopefully I won't make a habit of it My daughter Michelle came over last night to do some homework, (it's quieter here and to use my scanner. She's in her last semester of Nursing school...she will graduate in May!!! We are soooooooo VERY proud of her It's been a long tough 5 years for her, working full time, going to school, with 2 kids, but she did it...and with Excellent grades all the way through too!!!
I'm working on a page for May Day...I hope to have it done and uploaded tonight. Then I'll be working on a Mother's Day page
I better get busy

It been kinda a lazy day for me--I've had a nap already...just what I needed
I did get Porky's (my cat) birthday page done...finally!
I also finished a page for Earth Day...I did them both last night and early this morning I uploaded them
I'm almost ready to upload a page for Arbor Day now. Then I get to start on Holidays in May!!! I have a few more Birthday pages to make too Guess I better get busy...I might need another nap

But I did get the Spring page uploaded Early this morning. Made the April Fools' Day page today, and uploaded it just a few minutes ago...
I almost forgot to write in here, was just going to go to bed. I decided I could at least write a few lines.

I think this must be much like a blog, that I've been hearing so much about. A online diary, seems a little scary Writing things here that everyone, if they want can see! I'm going to try and write everyday, not sure I'll remember too...or have something to write everyday. I have a Very bad memory!
I've been busy working on my web site...trying to get things in order, making new pages. I try to finish and upload at least one new page every day. I've been doing pretty good so far! I just moved my whole site to a new server not to long ago, it's been a little hectic trying to get all my pages fixed with new URL's and such. I actually messed up quite a bit, by not having a direct link to some things...so I'm in the process of fixing that too!
If anyone reading this comes across any pages that look awful, like with NO images showing or links working...you can drop me an email...or wait a bit... Eventually I WILL have them ALL fixed Well guess I better get busy...I have a page for Spring almost ready to upload!
